SG series
displacement sensor built for advanced application scenarios has a
repeatability accuracy of 0.02µm, a sampling frequency of 590kHz, a maximum of four
sensor heads, multi-channel I/O interfaces, and small laser spots and wide laser spots

SGI series
adopts an integrated design to build a displacement sensor with high
integration, with a repetition accuracy of 0.05µm, a high flexible shielded cable, a
sampling frequency of up to 88kHz and a maximum measuring range of 900mm, and
supports multiple I/O input and output interfaces
