Description
The KDC3100 is a multifunctional pneumatic pulse dispensing controller, with an output pressure adjustment range of 0.005 to 0.7 MPa, capable of handling coatings of ffuids with low, medium, and high viscosities. Integrating precision air pressure regulation and back suction anti-drip technology, equipped with intelligent monitoring features (including air pressure, solenoid valve lifetime, and controller enable signals), enables production line linkage and quick response, widely applied in core processes of optical modules and other general semiconductor ffelds.
Compact size The dimensions of a single controller are only 193 × 177 × 95 mm, signiffcantly saving cabinet installation space, making it especially suitable for integration of multiple units side by side in compact automated production lines.
Process Record Equipped with logging and monitoring count functions to track dispensing count and abnormal states in real time, facilitating quality traceability.
Intelligent monitor Equipped with functions for monitoring abnormal air pressure, solenoid valve lifetime, and controller enable signals, any abnormal conditions can be output in real-time via I/O and serial communication, facilitating line linkage for shutdown or instant response from the MES system, effectively reducing defect rates
Flexible Communication Supporrs DB25 I/O and RS232/RS485 interraces compatible with Modbus and ASCII_A protocols, allowing ffexible adaptation to PLCs, industrial computers, and upper-level computer systems.
User-Friendly Interaction Equipped with a 2.8-inch LCD screen and membrane buttons, supporring Chinese-English switching, parameter visualization, one-click mode switching, and real-time system status feedback.
Permission Management Supporrs three levels of permissions: visitor, technician, and administrator. Different roles have access to corresponding functions, effectively preventing accidental changes to key parameters and ensuring the safety of equipment and processes.
