Industrial Laser Distance Sensors
J5AJ0-50 is a laser ranging module based on the direct time-of-flight (d-ToF) principle. This module provides a compact solution for high-precision distance sensing in the market. By leveraging the independently developed SPAD (Single Photon Avalanche Diode) and unique ToF acquisition algorithm, integrating VCSEL and MCU technologies, J5AJ0-50 can achieve precise distance measurement up to 50 meters. The measurement data and system configuration information are transmitted via UART.
