The 2000 Series utilises advanced motorless telecentric optical measurement technology, combined with a powerful signal processing system, to deliver precise measurements of wire and cable, characterised by high accuracy, high stability and high durability.

It is primarily used for measuring the outer diameter, ovality, and surface defects (such as concavities and protrusions) of various types of tubing, bars and wires, including enamelled wire, steel wire, iron wire, copper rods, electrical wires and cables, plastic-insulated wires, power cables, optical fibres, aluminium-plastic composite pipes, steel, medical tubing and water pipes.
